I have finally realized how much attention a 9-year old really needs. I just babysat a girl named Patti, and I promise you, I might be deaf. She just kept talking and talking and TALKING. I guess its better than,
"Hi! How are you?"
"Good."
* pause *
"Okay then."
But oofda.
You did a great job! She had fun and having a "big girl" around to listen is not something she gets often. So, thank you for spending time with her. :) Proud of you.
